Cfee Privacy Agreement

How Cfee handles game settings, local progression, selected codex images, support email, and privacy rights across California, Canada, Singapore, Australia, and other applicable regions.

1. Privacy Summary

Cfee is currently designed as a local-first iOS game. The current App does not require an account, login, real name, phone number, precise location, contacts, microphone, camera, advertising identifier, or social profile to play.

No account requiredGameplay settings and progression are stored on your device.

Your selected images stay localImages you choose for codex customization are intended to remain inside the App storage on your device.
If Cfee later adds analytics, ads, cloud sync, accounts, marketplace purchases, or third-party SDKs, we will update this Privacy Agreement or provide appropriate notice before collecting or sharing related data.

2. Who Is Responsible for This Privacy Agreement

For this Privacy Agreement, "Cfee," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the Cfee mobile game.

3. Data We Handle

The categories below reflect the current Cfee functionality visible in the App code and product design.

Gameplay and progression data Highest completed level, selected level, selected map, selected ability, unlocked items, equipped skin, local virtual credits, processed local source IDs. Stored locally using device storage. Current code does not upload this data to us.

User-selected images A photo or image you choose through the system photo picker for codex or skin card customization. The selected image is resized, compressed as a JPEG, and stored in the App support directory on your device. Cfee uses the system picker and does not need broad photo library access for all photos.
Support contact data Your email address, message content, screenshots, or other details you voluntarily send to us. Used to respond to your request, troubleshoot, keep records, and protect legal rights.
Data not intentionally collected in the current App Real name, phone number, precise geolocation, contacts, microphone audio, camera capture, advertising ID, payment card number, account password, biometric identifiers. The current App code does not request or intentionally collect these categories from you.

4. How We Use Data

We use or process data only for purposes that are reasonably connected to Cfee and, where required, with your consent or another lawful basis.

  • Operate gameplay, battles, levels, skins, abilities, maps, virtual credits, and codex cards.
  • Remember local settings such as audio, haptics, visual quality, and screen shake.
  • Display and manage user-selected images inside the App.
  • Respond to email support, privacy requests, complaints, and legal requests.
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, debug issues, and protect rights where necessary.
  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, marketplace requirements, and valid legal process.

5. Sharing, Sale, Advertising, and Cross-Border Transfers

Current Cfee code does not sell personal information, share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, run targeted advertising SDKs, or upload local gameplay data to our servers.

We may disclose information only in limited situations:

  • When you voluntarily send an email to us, the email provider and related infrastructure may process that message.
  • When required to comply with law, legal process, safety, fraud prevention, or rights protection.
  • If the App is distributed through an app marketplace, the marketplace may process purchase, download, crash, diagnostics, or account information under its own policies.
  • If Cfee later adds processors for analytics, cloud sync, support, purchases, or security, this Privacy Agreement will be updated to identify the purpose and relevant choices.

If personal information is transferred internationally, we will take steps required by applicable law to protect it, such as limiting the transfer, using appropriate contractual safeguards, or relying on your consent where permitted.

6. Retention and Deletion

Local gameplay data, settings, unlocks, selected skins, local virtual credits, and selected images remain on your device until you delete them, reset local data in the App where available, delete the App, or your device removes the data.

Support emails and privacy request records may be kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

Where data is no longer needed for the purpose collected and no legal reason requires retention, we will delete, de-identify, or stop retaining it using reasonable methods.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Your rights depend on where you live and which laws apply. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

California, United States

California residents may have rights to know/access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit use or disclosure of sensitive personal information, and be free from discrimination for exercising privacy rights. Current Cfee code does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information for the current App experience.

You or your authorized agent may submit a request by emailing Cfee-yb@163.com. We may need information to verify the request. Global Privacy Control signals do not change current Cfee behavior because the current App does not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.

Canada

Canadian users may request access to personal information, ask for correction, withdraw consent where applicable, and challenge our privacy compliance. We aim to identify purposes, limit collection, use information only for identified purposes, use safeguards, and respond to privacy questions in a clear way.

Singapore

Singapore users may request access to personal data, request correction, withdraw consent with reasonable notice where applicable, and contact us about privacy policies, practices, or complaints. We aim to follow applicable PDPA principles for notice, consent, purpose limitation, accuracy, protection, retention, transfer, and breach handling.

Australia

Australian users may request access to and correction of personal information, ask how to make a privacy complaint, and receive transparent information about collection, use, disclosure, retention, and overseas disclosure where applicable. You may use Cfee without identifying yourself unless identification is needed to handle a request or legal obligation.

Other Locations

Users in other jurisdictions may have similar rights. Email us and we will respond according to applicable law.

8. Children and Teens

Cfee is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If your region requires a higher age for consent, the higher age applies.

If you believe a child provided personal information to us without appropriate consent, contact Cfee-yb@163.com and we will take reasonable steps to review and delete the information where required.

9. Security

Current Cfee data is mainly stored in the device's app storage and protected by the security features of the operating system and the user's device settings. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the current local-first design.

No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure. You should protect your device with a strong passcode, keep your operating system updated, and avoid selecting images that contain sensitive information.

10. App Marketplace and Device Data

If you download Cfee through an app marketplace, that marketplace may collect and process information such as download history, device diagnostics, crash reports, billing information, or account details under its own privacy policy and platform rules. We do not control marketplace data practices.

If you enable device-level analytics or crash sharing, your device or platform provider may process diagnostic information independently from Cfee.

11. Changes to This Privacy Agreement

We may update this Privacy Agreement as Cfee changes. If we add meaningful new data collection, third-party processors, ads, analytics, cloud accounts, paid features, or online sharing, we will update this document and provide notice appropriate to the change.

The effective date at the top shows when this Privacy Agreement became effective.
