Cfee User Agreement

2. App Experience

Cfee is a mobile game experience centered on the Void Core system. Players create gravitational cores, absorb bullets and enemies, trigger collapse explosions, unlock maps, abilities, skins, and codex entries, and adjust local settings such as music, effects, haptics, visual quality, and screen shake.

3. Eligibility

You may use Cfee only if you can legally enter into this User Agreement under the laws that apply to you, or if a parent or legal guardian accepts and supervises your use.

• Cfee is not directed to children under 13.
• If your country or region sets a higher digital consent age, you must meet that age or use Cfee with appropriate parent or guardian involvement.
• You must follow all applicable laws, platform rules, and device requirements when using Cfee.

4. Limited License

Subject to this User Agreement, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Cfee for personal entertainment on devices you own or control.

You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, bypass technical protections, or create unauthorized derivative works from Cfee, except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be limited by agreement.

5. User Conduct

Keep the game fair, lawful, and respectful. You agree that you will not:

• Use cheats, bots, memory editors, unauthorized automation, exploits, or modified clients.
• Interfere with Cfee, platform systems, device security, or another user's device or data.
• Use Cfee to create, store, or share unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material.
• Misrepresent your identity when contacting us or submitting privacy or support requests.
• Attempt to access unreleased, locked, or restricted features by unauthorized means.

6. User-Selected Images

Cfee may allow you to select an image from your device photo library for codex or skin-related customization. You are responsible for the images you choose.

• You keep ownership of images that belong to you.
• You grant Cfee permission to resize, compress, display, and store the selected image locally inside the App so the customization works.
• You should not select images that violate another person's rights, contain unlawful material, or include sensitive information that you do not want stored on your device.
• Selected images are intended for local App use. Current code does not upload them to us.

7. Progression, Unlocks, and Virtual Items

Cfee may include local gameplay progress, level completion, selected maps, selected abilities, skins, codex states, virtual credits, and other unlocks. Unless a separate purchase disclosure says otherwise, these items are for gameplay only and have no cash value.

Local data can be lost if you delete the App, reset local data, change devices, clear device storage, or install a new version that changes progression systems. We may adjust gameplay balance, unlock timing, item names, visuals, or availability to improve Cfee.

If paid features, marketplace purchases, ads, analytics, or online accounts are added later, Cfee should provide updated disclosures before collecting related data or applying new payment rules.

8. Updates and Availability

Cfee may change over time. Updates may add, remove, rebalance, or modify battles, levels, maps, effects, skins, progression rules, local storage behavior, visual design, or compatibility requirements.

We aim to keep Cfee enjoyable and stable, but the App is provided for entertainment and may include bugs, interruptions, device-specific limitations, or experimental features.

9. Ownership

Cfee, Void Core concepts, characters, visual design, gameplay systems, code, artwork, UI, text, animations, and related intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors, except for content you lawfully select from your own device.

No rights are granted except the limited use rights described in this User Agreement.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is described in the Cfee Privacy Agreement. Current Cfee functionality is designed around device-local gameplay data and settings. The App does not currently require an account.

11. Consumer and Regional Rights

Nothing in this User Agreement limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, including consumer protection, privacy, data protection, unfair contract, product liability, or platform marketplace rules in your location.

California, United States

California users may have privacy and consumer rights under California law. The Privacy Agreement describes California privacy rights, including access, deletion, correction, opt-out, limitation, and non-discrimination where applicable.

Canada

Canadian users may have rights under federal or provincial privacy and consumer protection laws, including rights to meaningful consent, access, correction, and complaint handling where applicable.

Singapore

Singapore users may have rights under the Personal Data Protection Act, including notice, consent, access, correction, protection, retention, and withdrawal of consent where applicable.

Australia

Australian users may have non-excludable consumer guarantees and privacy rights, including access, correction, complaint handling, and transparent privacy information where applicable.

12. Disclaimers and Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cfee is provided "as is" and "as available" for entertainment. We do not promise that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or free from data loss.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of progress, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or device issues arising from use of Cfee. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be excluded for fraud, intentional misconduct, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or non-waivable consumer guarantees.

13. Changes to This User Agreement

We may update this User Agreement as Cfee evolves. When changes are material, we will use reasonable methods to notify users, such as updating the effective date, publishing the revised file, or showing an in-app notice where practical.

Your continued use of Cfee after a revised User Agreement becomes effective means you accept the revised User Agreement.
